Problem
High-rise was converted into a warehouse, and it is necessary to maintain a temperature of at least +5°C. Warehouse heating can only be done with electric heating systems, but power reserves are very limited.
Solution
The option of heating with the help of an electric boiler and system of radiators was considered very expensive both at the purchasing stage and the installation with maintenance. There were 2 applicable options, wall or ceiling electric heaters. The advantage of the wall heaters is lower price, but the efficiency of the ceiling heaters is much higher and the payback is faster.
Result
We installed BILUX “P” series heaters on the ground floor, where there is an entrance gates and the ceiling height of 3.5 meters, and for heating storage facilities from the first floor and up, we used the BILUX “B” heaters. The average temperature in winter is minus 5°C, the temperature inside premises was maintained at around +10°C.
Example. The workshop employees bought three of the most powerful ceiling heaters and installed them themselves at a height of 3 meters at the edges and in the middle of the room. It was still cold in the workshop.
When a specialist is involved in the implementation, he makes a heat calculation and selects the power and number of heaters, chooses the right places for installation.
Our representative will call back within a working day, clarify what kind of building you need heating, hold a heat calculation, calculate the cost of equipment and installation.
