• Some refunds will be issued automatically. In cases where return shipping costs are exceptionally high, we may allow customers to keep the item.
• The return address may vary depending on the item. Please confirm the correct return address before sending any items back.

• Thermostats: Not eligible for return.
• BILUX Heaters: 30-day return policy. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
